Product Description:

These are designed for those individuals who like to chew on cuffs or bite the back of their hands. 

  • Made from a soft, wipeable, water resistant outer and soft fleece inner. 
  • An elastic strap holds the hand weight in place.
  • Each cover has a wide velcro fastening and so is adjustable. 

The hand and wrist weights have been used in classrooms, physiotherapy and occupational therapy to help provide some proprioception deep pressure input to forearms increasing the kinesthetic feedback and sensory awareness for those who need extra sensory input during handwriting, fine motor skills, hand eye coordination.

Available in sizes:

  • Small (children) - each wrist weight weighs 150 grams and is 23 cm long. (Wrist circumference adjusts 11cm-18cm) Length 11.5 cm
  • Large (older children & adults) - each wrist weight weighs 250 grams and measures 28 cm (Wrist circumference adjusts 14cm to 21cm) Length from wrist to fingers 15cm.
