We work closely with families, schools, charities, therapists, organisations and advisers to support them in their product choices. We sell to the parents/gift market as well as the health/education market throughout the UK and Ireland.

We have built a strong reputation being on numerous recommended tender supplier lists and successfully fulfilling large contracts. Our aim is to empower, educate and enable children reach their true potential.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Services and Systems Administrator. This is a varied position, requiring someone who is customer focused and committed to providing a continued high level of customer care and after sales service. The successful candidate will also have high IT skills and experience working with websites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively creating and building great customer relations with past, current and future clients
  • Exploring customer journeys and ensuring all sales and marketing support are effective
  • Supporting the Sales and operations teams with daily, weekly and monthly administration tasks
  • Liaising with customers, answering queries and preparing quotations via phone, email, etc.
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for customers when placing orders or informing them of the status of their accounts
  • Ensuring customer service is kept to a high standard
  • Developing expert product knowledge and proactively assisting and guiding customers
  • Improving processes to ensure the efficiency of administration support is maximized
  • Optimizing products on the website and working with the marketing team on content creation

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable previous experience in an administrative role, proficiency across IT systems including advanced MS Excel skills, and exceptional customer service experience. Strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team are also essential.
